About Meredith

I'm an industrial engineer and operations specialist with more than 15 years of experience building the systems that keep complex tech organizations running. Most of that time was spent at Intel and Elastic, where I designed workflows, operating models, and improvement programs from scratch in environments that supported tens of thousands of users across more than 40 countries. That work contributed to over $25 million in organizational savings and more than 1,000 hours of reclaimed work, and the operational systems I helped build at Elastic supported the company's growth all the way through IPO. Today I focus on helping professionals and leaders navigate AI with clarity and confidence. I've spent the last two years using AI as a core operating tool across my own consulting business, from reverse-engineering my professional writing style using a large dataset to build a voice and style guide, to designing and building an interactive self-assessment tool with AI as my development partner, to building a Python-based job monitoring system that queries dozens of company APIs. AI is not a novelty for me. It is how I work, and I bring that hands-on depth to every coaching engagement. Whether you are trying to figure out how to actually use AI tools to do better work, evaluating where AI fits into your team or company, or navigating a career shift into an AI-adjacent role, I can help you cut through the noise and focus on what will move the needle. My coaching approach is practical, specific to your situation, and grounded in real implementation, not theory.

Why do I coach?

I spent years as the person everyone came to. At Elastic, I was deep in the work I loved, building systems and solving operational problems at scale, and at some point I realized I had become the bottleneck in my own work. I was working 60+ hour weeks, fielding constant requests for input, and running on fumes. There was no coach or mentor waiting in the wings to help me see it clearly or map a way out. I had to treat myself like a problem to solve, build the frameworks to get out of my own way, and figure out what was actually sustainable. That experience changed how I think about helping other people. I know what it feels like to be stuck in a pattern that isn't working and not have someone in your corner who can help you see it from the outside. I also know that coaching has always been a natural part of how I lead. At every stage of my career, the work that energized me most was helping someone else get unstuck, whether that meant showing a team how to move forward without waiting for permission, or helping a colleague think through a problem they couldn't see around on their own. I coach because I want to be the person I needed when I was in the thick of it. AI is changing how we work at a pace that makes it hard to know where to start, and most people don't need more content or another webinar. They need someone who has done the work, understands the tools, and can help them figure out what actually applies to their situation. That is the kind of support I provide, and it is the kind of work that matters most to me.
