Studied at Georgetown University Law Center
Works at Needham Educational Consulting
The majority of law schools admit students on a rolling basis. This means that even before the application deadline, spots in the incoming class are being filled, making the admissions process more competitive later in the cycle. Applying in the fall (particularly in October or early November) is a huge advantage! The summer is a great time to get a head start on your applications with a goal of having them complete by the end of September. This early-bird package allows you to work with a former Georgetown Law Admissions Counselor and craft a polished application for submission early in the cycle. Together we will: ★ Create a tailored plan with concrete goals to avoid feelings of overwhelm during the application process; ★ Craft a list of schools that includes predicted target, reach, and safety schools based on your LSAT score, GPA, and academic and professional background; ★ Brainstorm stories for your personal statement that will inform the admissions committees about your strengths and motivations for pursuing a law degree; ★ Compile a powerful resume to highlight your academic and professional accomplishments; ★ Craft a compelling narrative for your personal statement that can be adapted to individual schools as needed; ★ Develop professional and persuasive communications with potential recommenders to ensure high-quality letters of recommendation; ★ Brainstorm, develop, and perfect appropriate supplemental essays for each school; and ★ Rigorously edit each aspect of the application to ensure there are no errors prior to submission. My extensive experience spans from over a decade working as an admissions counselor for a T14 school and as a law school admissions coach to years of studying and applying effective methods for writing instruction as an undergraduate and law school Writing Fellow. As an editor for multiple top-tier law journals and as an associate at a premier firm where errors were never permitted, I am a preeminent editor and will ensure that your application meets the highest standards of professionalism and accuracy. Having reviewed thousands of applications, I am well-acquainted with essays, resumes, and letters of recommendation that are memorable for the right reasons. Through conversation and targeted questions, I help my clients reflect on stories and experiences that have shaped them and then offer guidance, outlining techniques, and comments that result in compelling applications and exciting admissions results.

A second 90 minute meeting will cover brainstorming ideas for your personal statement and developing an outline for you to use in drafting. Additional live meetings will be available upon request, per the terms of our contract. As you develop your draft materials, I will review unlimited drafts until we both feel satisfied with the results. I will complete a scrutinizing final review of each final PDF application submitted to me no later than September 30th.
