*Interface with Product Development, UX, CS to ensure successful system deployments and provide client technical support through the entire system life cycle. *Process RFPs with prospective clients as the primary SME on the Collaborative/Resource Center product offerings. *Gather system requirements for Resource Center/ Collaborative Suite to secure a successful build. *Act as a primary liaison with external stakeholders during the development lifecycle, from pre-sale needs analysis to UAT and rollout. *Understand, communicate and engage cross-functionally with PD/Engineering teams to delivery timely and quality projects. *Drive a cohesive planning strategy for each project in a direction that translates into high-value client satisfaction and optimization for long-term engagement programs. *Proactively identify problems, risks and program performance issues and recommend solutions (risk mitigation, gap analysis). *Demonstrate a thorough understanding of how the overall business solution is positioned, deployed and supported globally. *Establish, track, report and analyze on system metrics to measure the success of each service offering and release. *Manage operational processes, drive the launch, adoption, and training, support program development and execution, and track client feedback, in order to build improvements into future solution requirements. *Refine and develop existing and future Standard Operating Procedures for optimal internal and external use.

Suvoda solutions for clinical trials include SaaS-based Interactive Response Technology with modularity for re-imagined randomization, trial, drug supply management and analytics. * I designed and deployed the software solution to meet the study requirements based on the clinical protocol, Suvoda proposal, and discussions with the client. * I documented system requirements and participated in internal and external specification review meetings. * I set up end-user testing scenarios and assisting clients with User Acceptance Testing and troubleshooting live systems via SQL/DBeaver queries. * I ensured product satisfaction for end-users and designed a user-friendly system to manage all aspects of clinical trial randomization and drug supply for Phase I-Phase IV studies.
