Marshall Masterson is a finance and investments professional with a decade of experience spanning commercial and residential real estate investments, asset management and investment sales brokerage. Marshall has experience leading the acquisition, due diligence and closings on over $1.5 billion in commercial real estate acquisitions across his prior roles in private equity and a publicly-traded REIT. He has also worked on CMBS lending at an institutional lending platform and consulted on acquisitions and asset management projects for emerging real estate sponsors and developers. His diverse real estate background has included working on commercial real estate deals alongside sovereign wealth fund and pension fund capital partners, and he has developed significant acquisitions, asset management and development experience within asset classes such as office buildings, multifamily / apartments, mobile home parks, life sciences / labs, single family (build-to-rent), industrial / warehouses and many niche strategies. Marshall holds a Bachelors in Commerce degree from the University of Virginia and active real estate licenses in VA and DC. He is currently an MBA Candidate at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
