About Marni

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to review my profile. I was drawn to coaching for many reasons, but above all, I find deep fulfillment in serving as a trusted thought partner—supporting individuals as they clarify their goals, navigate change, and move toward the future they envision for themselves. My path to coaching began during my time as an owner and operator of an international franchise. As an early adopter of the franchise model, I frequently connected with prospective owners who were considering a significant transition—from established careers into business ownership. I witnessed firsthand the weight of these decisions and the uncertainty that often accompanied them. Acting as a thought partner during this pivotal time helped individuals gain clarity, confidence, and direction, ultimately enabling them to move forward successfully. During the pandemic, I experienced a major transition of my own, exiting business ownership and entering the pharmaceutical industry. This period coincided with significant personal change, including a divorce and the divestment of my businesses. Faced with redefining my professional identity and determining my next chapter, I engaged in coaching for myself. The clarity, perspective, and momentum I gained through that process were transformative—and profoundly impactful. That experience solidified my desire to offer the same level of support to others navigating periods of uncertainty and reinvention. In 2021, I formalized this calling by earning a Master’s degree in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting and pursuing professional coaching credentials. Today, I specialize in helping individuals identify their strengths, build confidence, and create intentional, actionable plans for their careers and lives—whatever direction those paths may take. I offer a supportive, confidential, and psychologically safe partnership. My role is to walk alongside you with clarity, trust, and purpose as you navigate transition, growth, and the exciting possibilities ahead.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I believe people do their best thinking—and make their most meaningful changes—when they feel truly seen, supported, and safe. At pivotal moments in life and career, it’s easy to feel uncertain or alone. I’ve witnessed, both personally and professionally, how powerful it can be to have someone walk beside you as a trusted thought partner—someone who listens deeply, asks thoughtful questions, and helps bring clarity to what matters most. Coaching creates space for reflection, courage, and possibility. My own journey through significant professional and personal transitions showed me just how transformative coaching can be. In moments when I was redefining my path, coaching helped me reconnect with my strengths, regain confidence, and move forward with intention. That experience left a lasting impression on me and inspired me to offer the same steady, supportive presence to others. I coach to help people uncover their inner wisdom, trust themselves more fully, and take purposeful steps toward lives and careers that feel aligned and fulfilling. It is deeply meaningful to walk alongside clients as they gain clarity, build confidence, and step into the next chapter of their lives with intention and hope. Together, I hope to assist you in finding your north star.
