About Marc
I've spent my career at the crossroads of media, advertising, and technology, helping teams and businesses navigate change and find new opportunities for growth. From launching ESPN’s programmatic ad sales business to leading Disney’s programmatic and performance advertising teams through a period of massive expansion, I’ve been fortunate to work with incredible people and tackle some big challenges. More recently, I co-founded Sportiva Media Ventures to give journalists the platform and partnerships they need to cover the corners of the sports world that often get overlooked. At my core, I’m a builder—of teams, businesses, and relationships. I’ve had the chance to work through major media acquisitions, expand international operations, and help companies rethink their revenue strategies in an evolving digital world. But more than anything, I believe success comes from working with great people, fostering a culture of accountability and trust, and staying open to learning. I know I don’t have all the answers, but I’ve always embraced the challenge of figuring things out alongside talented teams.
