I was the first person in my family to attend college, and I graduated from the University of Notre Dame. After college, I was a college admissions mentor for first-generation students in San Francisco. This is where I discovered my passion for personal storytelling, coaching, and leadership development. Despite an average GPA and GMAT scores for M7 schools, I interviewed for 3 programs and was accepted to Chicago Booth as a Round 3 Admit. At Booth, I served as an interviewer for the admissions committee. I successfully advanced to final-round interviews for Bain, BCG, and McKinsey, eventually joining McKinsey's Denver office. At McKinsey, I participated on the recruiting committee, screening resumes, coordinating recruiting events, and serving as a buddy for new hires. Today, I'm a B2B marketplace and SaaS veteran and have served as a strategic leader, building high-performance teams and implementing data-driven strategies that consistently deliver financial outcomes. Given my unique personal story and broad professional experience across large corporations and startups, I excel at helping non-traditional candidates. I specialize in supporting candidates articulate their unique value propositions, beyond GPA and GMAT scores, emphasizing how their perspectives can enrich classroom discussions or consulting team rooms. I live in Denver with my husband and two young kids. I enjoy reading, cooking, and anything outdoors.
