Hi, I'm Maclaine Fields. I’m currently an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School (Class of 2026). I graduated from Harvard College in 2020 with a degree in Economics. Before HBS, I worked at McKinsey & Company, where I focused on consumer, retail, and higher education. I did a rotation with McKinsey's economic research arm, the McKinsey Global Institute. I also did an externship with the strategy team at lululemon. I’ve coached individuals who have landed offers at McKinsey and other top firms and gained admission to leading MBA programs including HBS and Stanford GSB. I am especially passionate about helping applicants tell an authentic story, whether you are following a traditional path or carving out your own.
