I am an executive and leadership coach with over 8 years of coaching experience. Prior to being a coach, I have over 12 years of corporate experience in the financial services industry. I have a Master’s in management studies from Mumbai University and worked as a financial consultant with large banks including Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley Capital International. I also have a Diploma in Counselling from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Master’s degree in clinical psychology from Indira Gandhi Open University. I completed my coach training from International Coach Academy, Australia and received Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation from International Coach Federation. Over the last 8 years, as a full-time coach, I have worked with people from all over the world across cultures, roles and industries. I have a strength-based and holistic approach to coaching, working with immediate term, short-term and long-term goals. I am uniquely qualified and experienced that gives me a strong understanding of how businesses work and why people are the most important asset in any organization. As a qualified counsellor and a psychologist, I have the understanding and the skill to connect and interact with people in a way that gives them the comfort to talk freely and the ability to assess what a coachee really needs. I work with my clients supporting them to develop their own individual set of power-tools that work for them. This helps boost confidence and enables them to flourish, thrive and be their best selves!
