About Lexi
Hi, I’m Lexi Thorson! I’m a former Senior Associate Consultant with Bain & Company. I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Finance from UT Austin, where I was part of the Canfield Business Honors Program, President of the Management Consulting Association, and worked as an Admissions Ambassador. I’ve also worked in Strategic Initiatives for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. In my free time, I love doing the New York Times crossword, trying new restaurants, and seeing musicals.
Why do I coach?
I’m passionate about coaching because I’ve experienced firsthand how anxiety-inducing and isolating the consulting recruiting process can be. During times of intense pressure, it was my mentors who gave me the confidence and skills to keep going. Believing in your own capabilities is half the battle, so as a coach, I bring authenticity and positive energy to every session. I’m here to help you overcome setbacks and celebrate your successes.
