Package Description:
I want to help you work through the challenges in your team and organization through the Working Genius model. Working Genius describes the 6 phases of work and our natural tendencies to become excited by certain types of work and be drained by others. I'll help you understand your geniuses and frustrations and help you work with your team to establish norms that lead to the right work getting done faster and with less frustration and burnout. Includes: - Paid assessments for up to 8 people (if you have more than 8, contact me for a recommendation on how to effectively train the team), - A prep session with the team lead where we will talk about your specific profile and the successes and challenges of your team, - A two or four hour session with your team, ending with specific commitments to improve, and - A follow-up session with the team lead to check in on the commitments and how the changes are addressing the team's challenges.

Coaching delivered via live sessions.
I'll communicate the initial steps for the team to take the assessment asynchronously, and I'll ask you to send a brief description of how the team works together, especially any specific challenges you are facing. I will use your assessment results and the description you provide to prepare the live sessions tailored to your needs. In the live sessions, we will work together to understand the geniuses and frustrations of your team and how to use them and adjust processes to be successful. We will focus on your specific needs, and we'll make commitments as a team on specific actions that will lead to success.
