Recent selected investment experience includes: Boxpark (September 2021)- MBO of a food and retail venue brand, to accelerate its new site roll out across the UK. Ongoing role as a Board Observer. Phoenix Datacom (February 2021)- MBO of network performance and security specialist, to expand Phoenix Datacom’s suite of hardware and cyber software products and explore complementary acquisitions. Aker Systems (July 2020) - MBO of a high-growth data and cloud transformation consultancy, backing the existing management team, led by CEO Darren Thomas. Aker Systems was founded in 2017 and builds and operates ground-breaking, ultra-secure, high performance, cloud-based data infrastructure for public and private sector clients. Exited to Abry Partners in September 2021. Ashtons Hospital Pharmacy Services (February 2020) - MBO of a tech-enabled pharmacy services provider, developing medicine management solutions to the UK independent healthcare sector.

Developed strong financial modelling skills by creating financial models and potential transaction structures for over 30 incoming mandates across TMT, Healthcare, Business Services and Industrial sectors. Focused on deal execution.
