About Kirsten

With over 20 years of experience in leadership, strategy, and operations, I specialize in helping mission-driven professionals and organizations navigate complex challenges and achieve sustainable growth. I began my career as a corporate lawyer in the UK before pivoting to international human rights work, spending nearly 15 years at International Justice Mission, where I currently serve as Vice President of the Enterprise Strategy Office. In addition to my nonprofit leadership experience, I run a consulting practice focused on strategy and operations, working with a wide range of organizations—from private equity-backed global corporations and startups to domestic and international nonprofits. My approach is results-driven, ensuring that every engagement delivers real value. With a law degree from the University of Bristol and an MPA from NYU, I bring a strategic, analytical, and impact-oriented perspective to leadership and business challenges. I’m passionate about equipping leaders with the clarity, confidence, and tools they need to thrive. Let’s connect to explore how I can support your journey.

Why do I coach?

I know what it feels like to be successful on paper but unfulfilled in practice. I left a high-powered legal career to pursue work that aligned with my values, and along the way, I learned how to navigate major career transitions, step into leadership with confidence, and build a career that is both impactful and sustainable. Beyond my nonprofit leadership experience, I’ve consulted for organizations of all sizes—from global corporates and startups to social impact ventures—helping them solve complex strategic and operational challenges. I bring this same structured, results-oriented approach to my coaching. Whether you’re transitioning careers, stepping into leadership, or seeking clarity in your next move, I’m here to help you find a path that aligns with your goals and values.
