About Kevin
During my 20-year+ business career, I’ve worked for multiple Fortune 500 Companies, managing up to five states, 200 locations, and 5,000 people. I’ve also led inside sales and operations teams at small technology companies. I’ve started and owned two retail fitness centers and a real estate property management business. I also earned a master’s in human resources and organizational development from the University of San Francisco. After over 20 years in corporate America, I decided to take the reins and live my dream: to be a sales and leadership coach, helping individuals and their teams maximize their potential. With my ACC credential, I became a certified coach through the International Coach Federation and received my ontological coach training through Accomplishment Coaching. Coaching has been a passion of mine for years. In corporate America, coaching was my superpower in all my success. Life taught me that change is not just inevitable—it’s what brings opportunity. My journey has brought me success and failure. When we are afraid of failing, we hold ourselves back from personal growth. Throughout my life, I learned to harness tenacity as a verb rather than an adjective to describe a journey. I look forward to learning what makes up the essence of being you!
Why do I coach?
I coach because I am passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives. Nothing is more fulfilling than helping individuals unlock their fullest potential and watching them grow professionally and personally. I believe every leader has untapped strengths and capabilities, and my mission is to guide them in discovering and harnessing those to drive success. Through personalized coaching, I empower my clients to overcome challenges, sharpen their decision-making, and create strategies that align with their vision. It’s not just about achieving business goals; it’s about fostering growth, confidence, and a lasting impact beyond the workplace. Together, we will unlock the path to your true potential and transform obstacles into opportunities for growth.

Education

University of San Francisco
Master's Degree, HROD - Human Resources Organizational Development
Activities and societies: Santa Rosa & San Francisco Campus My master's thesis was on the impact of transforming an organization from operating the business by the original founder and transitioning to bringing in an outsider which brings in a more corporate culture, which makes decisions more from a top-down approach, compared to a more collaborative and bottom-up leadership approach.

University of Evansville
Bachelor of Science - Business Administration, Management and Marketing
Activities and societies: Sigma Phi Epsilon, Delta Sigma Pi, Orientation Leader, Senior Trustee, and Alumni Board Member Studied for four years and achieved a Bachelor of Science with degrees in Management and Marketing. I was a semester shy of also gaining my degree in Education. The education in the classroom was challenging and interesting, but I learned the most from the groups, teachers, and fellow students' engagements outside the classroom, which prepared me to be confident in my career.
