Spend one hour with me to help you ace for your next interview! The session is customized for each individual based on where they are in the preparation process and where they need the most help. Examples of what we could do during our time include - leverage the SOAR framework to help you prepare concise and very effective answers to the tough behavioral based questions, - if you've already done some prep work, you can practice your answers with me, get feedback and refine, - if you're not sure what they will ask, I can help you think through some likely questions and help you refine your answers - if you need some help being present in interviews, we can discuss ways to help center yourself and recover during the interview - help you refine your two minute elevator speech so you are ready when you get the question "tell me about yourself" We'll focus the session on where the client (YOU) want the most help.

Coaching delivered via live sessions.
- Clients need to bring the job posting and their resume or LinkedIn profile to our session. I will quickly review both to get a sense of the job and the client's experience. - I will ask the client where they struggle the most in interviews and where they need the most help in their preparation and we will focus our time there. - Clients come ready to share, to listen, and to walk away more prepared than when they started. - In addition clients will walk away with some additional ideas and steps to take post our time together to further prepare themselves to shine in their interview.
