What I learned is that success in corporate environments isn't just about talent. It's about clarity, visibility, and knowing how to advocate for your own value. Most high-achievers have the talent. What they're often missing is the roadmap. That's the work I do now. As the Founder of Kelly Nash & Co., I work as a Career Alignment Coach and Branding Strategist for accomplished professionals who feel stuck, undervalued, or misaligned, often at a pivotal moment of transition.
