I'm on a mission to help high-achievers stop drifting through their careers and start designing them. I bring something most career coaches don't: a decade-plus inside one of the most high-profile, high-performance companies in the world. At Salesforce, I wasn't just observing what career growth looks like inside a complex enterprise. I was building the systems, designing the programs, and influencing the strategy that helped more than 9,000 employees take ownership of their development, navigate change, and make intentional moves forward. What I learned is that success in corporate environments isn't just about talent. It's about clarity, visibility, and knowing how to advocate for your own value. Most high-achievers have the talent. What they're often missing is the roadmap. That's the work I do now. As the Founder of Kelly Nash & Co., I work as a Career Alignment Coach and Branding Strategist for accomplished professionals who feel stuck, undervalued, or misaligned, often at a pivotal moment of transition. My "coachsulting" approach blends deep career clarity work, strategic personal branding and positioning, and practical job search and advancement strategy. Those I've supported have gone on to land roles at companies like Google, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Kroger, and Included Health. I'm also the Founder of Lipstick & Ink®, a career platform built to help women assert their influence, build confidence, and show up as their most authentic selves at work.
