Experience level: Manager
I'm a psychologist and behavioural scientist who coaches. Before coaching I spent my career applying behavioural science at senior level across consulting, digital innovation and financial services, and I currently lead AI change and adoption for one of the UK's best-known brands. I completed my coach training through Henley Business School's Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching, the UK's only triple-accredited programme (ICF, AC and EMCC), and I'm completing ICF accreditation. My clients are typically senior professionals at a point of transition or pressure: stepping into a bigger role, navigating restructuring or organisational change, returning to work, or leading teams through AI disruption. The coaching is evidence-based and action-focused; you leave sessions with insight and something to do, not just a good conversation.

About Keith
I'm a psychologist and behavioural scientist who coaches. My career has been spent understanding why people do what they do, from a PhD in decision-making to leading behavioural science teams in consulting, to my current role leading AI change for one of the UK's best-known brands. I trained as an executive coach at Henley Business School (the UK's only triple-accredited programme: ICF, AC and EMCC). My clients are typically professionals at a point of transition: stepping into a bigger role, navigating a restructure, changing direction, or returning to work. The coaching is evidence-based and practical. You leave with insight and something to do, not just a good conversation. My previous clients include those from: Oliver Wyman, PGIM, Prudential, Aldi, MindGym, Burberry, and Irwin Mitchel.
Why do I coach?
Because the moments that shape careers are rarely handled well alone. I've had brilliant thinking partners at my own inflection points and I've felt the difference they make in transforming my leadership style and career. And because after fifteen years of studying behaviour change, coaching is where the science actually meets reality. Watching someone find their own way through a problem and achieve a goal they'd been circling for months never stops being satisfying.
