This 90-minute sprint completely overhauls your professional brand to bypass filters and attract elite tech recruiters. 60-Min Live Resume Deconstruction: A ruthless, line-by-line analysis of your resume. We'll identify weak points, translate your technical tasks into FAANG-level business metrics, and map your experience onto my personal ATS-optimized template. 30-Min LinkedIn Audit: A rapid-fire review of your profile to generate inbound recruiter interest while you sleep, complete with proven examples of highly optimized profiles you can model. Async Final Polish: After our call, you’ll use my templates to implement the feedback. I will then conduct one final, rigorous offline review of your new resume to ensure it’s metric-driven and ready to submit.

Pre-Work Requirement: Please send your current resume, LinkedIn URL, and 1-2 target job descriptions at least 24 hours prior to our scheduled call. This allows me to complete my preliminary analysis so we can hit the ground running. Async Response Time: I aim to respond to all messages and deliver your final asynchronous resume review within 24 to 48 hours. Scope of Revisions: To keep this sprint highly focused, the asynchronous portion of this package includes one (1) comprehensive final review of your resume after you implement the feedback from our live session.
