Never leave money on the table. This 60-minute intensive session demystifies Big Tech compensation and equips you with the exact playbook to maximize your offer. Negotiating with elite tech companies can be intimidating, but we will level the playing field. We will break down the complex mechanics of RSUs and signing bonuses, identify your specific leverage points, and map out a step-by-step counter-offer strategy. I will give you the exact scripts to use to push back professionally and effectively. A one-hour investment in this session regularly translates into a $10k–$20k increase in total compensation.
Pre-Call Requirement: Please provide your current offer details (Base, RSUs, Sign-on, Level/Band) and any initial recruiter communications at least 24 hours before our call so I can analyze the compensation bands. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Due to my corporate and startup schedule, I require 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Scope: This package covers one 60-minute live strategy and roleplay session. Any subsequent offline support, email drafting, or follow-up strategy calls will require booking an additional session.
