About Katherine

I bring 10+ years of hands-on experience across high-growth DTC brands such as Peloton, Warby Parker, and Maiden Home, where I led supply chain, logistics, forecasting, tech roadmapping, and cross-functional strategy tied directly to margin, growth, and customer experience with a strategic backbone in management consulting from Kearney. After opening my own independent consulting practice, I partner with early and growth stage companies on product launches and operational scaling. I coach operators, consultants, and founders who are building or transitioning into physical product businesses, including DTC, CPG, tech, and omni-channel startups. I’m best suited to coach founders developing strong operational and financial instincts, operators and ex-consultants moving into physical product startups, and first-time heads of ops navigating scale. My approach is practical, structured, and candid, focused on building real operating muscle so you can make better decisions faster and scale with confidence without making mistakes that will cost time and money down the line.

Why do I coach?

After years of operating inside high growth e-commerce and DTC companies, I started my own consulting practice and spend most of my time deeply embedded inside teams building systems, processes, and operations. However, as a former people manager and team builder, what I've missed the most is working closely with people. I have always been energized by one on one conversations that help individuals think more clearly, make better decisions, and grow into roles they are excited about. Over time, I also began getting a steady stream of questions around supply chain, e-commerce, DTC, and how to navigate startup environments. Coaching is my way of giving back more intentionally: sharing hard-earned judgment, not theory, and helping founders and operators make clearer decisions with fewer regrets.
