Mentor for a 3-months intensive course on UX Writing (in English) covering the basics of UX Writing and topics like usability, user research with a strong focus on short product interface copy. 17 students registered for the course and 8 have gained certificates of completion. Students have concluded their final project by introducing improvements to the onboarding flow of Letyshops, a cashback service. I've designed and recorded a lecture on user research for UX writers as an addition to existing materials.
