I’m a current founder of a software startup and was previously an early employee at Pave – a fast-growing startup backed by a16z, YC, and Bessemer – where I wore multiple hats as both a product manager and software engineer, helping launch and grow multiple revenue-generating products. Before that, I was a software engineer at Blend, where I saw the company through its IPO, and spent time on the venture side as a Venture Partner at Contrary Capital and early-stage investor at 8VC. When I applied to business school, I didn’t have the “perfect” profile, and coming from a smaller, non-target undergrad meant I had to craft a compelling personal narrative to stand out. Since then, I’ve helped others do the same, particularly those navigating career pivots or aiming to break into early-stage venture. I love tying together the seemingly unrelated pieces of someone’s background into a coherent, powerful story that resonates with admissions committees.
