Current 4th year medical student applying into Orthopaedic Surgery residency. I have been coaching and mentoring younger students going into medical school and orthopaedic surgery for the last 3 years and have watched mentees get into their top choice schools and gain confidence in themselves as applicants and students. I am graduating in the top tier of my class and have held multiple leadership positions within medical school and have presented my research at national and international conferences.
