I am certified in leadership, transitions, and well-being coaching. I have spent the past 10 years focusing on people development. My experience includes spending four years learning about cross-cultural communication, adult learning methodology, and navigating change in Da Nang, Vietnam and Buenos Aires, Argentina. I developed and implemented leadership curriculum and global forums for more than 1,200 people managers in 40+ countries. I have worked with front-line to executive level leaders in areas of communication, imposter syndrome, cross-functional collaboration, having difficult conversations, change management, and more. I have a practical approach that begins with gaining clarity of your ideal vision and what characteristics/capabilities are most important for what you want to achieve. I have coached over 1,000 hours. We spend sessions exploring mindsets, current strengths, areas for growth, and getting an overall view of what energizes you. This insight helps us set goals, identify obstacles, create an accountability plan, and an action plan.
