Based on my own experience navigating the interview process and from feedback from peers who were also admitted. - Detailed Feedback and Refinement: Receive structured feedback after each mock session to sharpen your responses and strengthen your communication. - Behavioral Question Preparation: Prepare thoughtful, authentic answers to behavioral and situational questions that reflect leadership, growth, and problem-solving. - Post-Interview Reflection (included in the 5-hour package only): Collaborate on crafting a concise, insightful written reflection—required by HBS within 24 hours of your interview.
