About Justin
Hello, my name is Justin Jawanda and I am a recent Michigan State graduate (4.0 Board of Trustees Scholar). I am currently an incoming associate at LEK’s Boston office as well as a Harvard Business School early admit (matriculating in 2025).
Why do I coach?
I coach because I faced many forms of adversity through my journey of going from a non-target undergrad into an elite consulting firm and elite business school. I understand how to help candidates stand out in interviews, applications, etc and have a passion for helping others gain the ability to consistently perform at their highest level.
