I’m Justin Bryant — a BigLaw attorney, law school admissions coach, and mentor for aspiring legal professionals, especially those looking to break into tech-focused practice areas. My path to the legal profession wasn’t traditional, and that’s part of what makes my coaching effective. I started my career in a tech startup and later worked at a tech-focused NGO, experiences that deeply shaped my understanding of the intersection between law, innovation, and impact. I eventually pivoted into private practice, lateraling into a leading law firm where I focus on data privacy, cybersecurity, and emerging technology issues. As someone who’s gone through the law school admissions process and the lateral hiring process — both with a non-linear background — I understand the pressure to “package” your story, and I know how to turn even unconventional experiences into compelling narratives. I’ve helped clients land spots at top law schools and secure BigLaw offers, not by forcing them to fit a mold, but by helping them refine and present what’s already powerful in their experiences.
