I'm a Wharton MBA and Palmer Scholar (top 5% of my graduating class), and I've spent years helping high-performing professionals navigate some of the most competitive admissions and career processes in the world. As a candidate, I successfully earned admission to a top MBA program. As a consultant and leader at BCG, I spent more than a decade mentoring and advising consultants pursuing MBA programs, helping them develop compelling applications, articulate their leadership stories, and position themselves for success at top business schools. Many of those candidates went on to earn admission to leading programs including Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, Kellogg, Booth, MIT Sloan, NYU Stern, and Said. What makes my perspective unique is that I've also spent years on the other side of the table. As a former BCG Partner, I hired, mentored, and developed dozens of MBA graduates throughout their careers.
