Tutor

This role has been highly rewarding and intellectually engaging, consistently requiring critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to meet students’ academic needs with compassion and patience. Demonstrating initiative and commitment, all CRLA training levels (1, 2, and 3) were completed within a year, culminating in achieving CRLA Master Tutor status and the opportunity to begin training other tutors. To date, engagement has included supporting over 150 unique students across 250+ tutoring sessions, with continued dedication to guiding students through their biology learning journeys.
