Prior to this, I held senior talent leadership roles at Kekst CNC and Voice, where I built and scaled global recruiting operations, designed DEI-driven frameworks, and partnered with executives to fuel rapid growth. I’m known as a producer, super-connector, and operator—someone who thrives in building systems from scratch, creating meaningful partnerships, and driving culture-defining strategies. Beyond building teams, I regularly speak on the future of work, digital identity, and candidate experience, sharing insights on how blockchain and AI are reshaping industries and empowering individuals. Why do I coach?

I love having the ability to translate my 25 years in business into teachable moments. Nothing makes me happier than someone who can learn from my expereinces and take advantge of my extensive knowledge base. I love building teams and seeing when a difficult question turns into a "lightbulb" moment for whomever I am coaching. I have 2 teenage boys at home and that's my favorite part of parenting. It definitely translates into the business world as the ability to simplfy an issue so that what once seemed overwhelming is now managabale, is a great feeling.
