A single high-impact session designed to help you make one important decision (or unlock one major stuck point) with clarity and confidence. Before we meet, you’ll share a short pre-session intake so I understand your context and the decision you’re facing (new role, promotion path, org change, conflict with a stakeholder, burnout, “what’s next,” etc.). In our live session, we’ll pressure-test options, tradeoffs, and risks, then convert the conversation into a clear decision and a concrete next-step plan. You’ll receive a written recap with your decision framework, the option we chose (or the narrowed set), and an action plan you can execute immediately.

Coaching delivered via live sessions.
Delivery format: Live 1:1 session (video). My style: Direct, structured, and practical. We’ll zoom out to make sure the decision aligns with your goals, then vudeo= in to execution. I’ll ask hard questions, call out hidden tradeoffs, and leave you with a plan you can act on immediately. What to expect: You’ll do most of the talking; I’ll guide the structure, reflect patterns, and push toward clarity and action.
