Wholesale Credit Analytics and Solutions - Business Management I managed Third Party Oversight (TPO) engagements involving vendor risk, contracts, and payments with five major contractors. I worked across company lines to ensure quality engagements meet our desired outcomes. We partnered with vendors that work with multiple teams inside JPMorgan in regulatory requirements involving technology, data, and risk modeling.

Program Manager

I was the Program Manager of the Military Officer Executive Development Program (now Military Pathways Program). MOEDP was a firm-wide rotational program that afforded 60 veterans the opportunity to gain experience within JPMorgan Chase in order to bridge the business experience gap as they transition from the military. I handled all end-to-end processes involving the program. This included strategy, site and program expansion, annual budget projections, and recruiting, among many other responsibilities. I created a database to produce analytics on various parts of the program regarding operations, recruiting, and human capital trends.

Operations Manager

I led projects and programs in a cross-functional, cross-team environment in austere conditions. I relied on my teams and my ability to translate high levels of policy and strategy into everyday execution at the tactical level. I directed short-notice, short-run operations, coordinating 6 subordinate organizations consisting of 3,500+ Soldiers and managing back office operations, including coordinating risk management efforts and supporting logistics & operations during the unit’s successful national training exercise for Afghanistan.

Company Commander

I managed the daily operations of a 200+ employee organization with 10 direct reports, focusing on personnel, training and maintenance systems with $25M+ worth of property.
