I was the Program Manager of the Military Officer Executive Development Program (now Military Pathways Program). MOEDP was a firm-wide rotational program that afforded 60 veterans the opportunity to gain experience within JPMorgan Chase in order to bridge the business experience gap as they transition from the military. I handled all end-to-end processes involving the program. This included strategy, site and program expansion, annual budget projections, and recruiting, among many other responsibilities. I created a database to produce analytics on various parts of the program regarding operations, recruiting, and human capital trends.
