This is my Deferred MBA Comprehensive Package that comes with end-to-end coaching on your applications. As a dual HBS and GSB admit, Stanford GSB alum, and now founder of Leland, I'm confident that I can help you get admitted to the most ambitious deferred MBA programs in the world. I've ran deferred MBA bootcamps, written deferred MBA content, and have worked 1:1 with hundreds of successful MBA admits. Here's what this package includes: 1. Initial Kickoff and Planning Session: An hour session where we dive deep on your background, goals, experience, potential recommenders, aspirations, and more. From there, we'll build a custom MBA application planning doc that helps us stay on top of things. 2. School Selection: We will work together based on your goals to put together a list of best-fit schools based on your profile and preferences. 3. Application Strategy: We'll talk in depth on your points of differentiation as an applicant and the best ways for those to shine through your application. 4. MBA Resume: You’ll receive my MBA resume template along with guidance on how to showcase your professional and personal achievements. We'll work and rework every bullet until each line of your resume is dripping with achievement. 5. Recommender Selection: We'll talk through all of your potential recommenders, pros and cons of each of them, and then build a plan for engaging with them that leads to the best combination of recommenders possible. 6. Recommender Preparation: You'll receive my Recommender Prep Template (with examples) and we'll work together to build out your own recommender prep docs. Those will be polished and handed off to your recommenders with plenty of time before deadlines. 7. Recommender Support: If needed, I'm happy to work directly with your recommenders to ensure they are on the right track. I'm happy to leave comments and feedback on their recommendations as well to ensure they have a strong finished product. 8. Essay Brainstorming: We'll do a deep dive into your background and experiences, pulling out themes, perspectives, and qualities that differentiate you. We'll wrestle with various narratives and ensure you are approaching each essay in the best way possible. 9. Essay Editing: After crafting your narrative, we'll polish and edit until the essays are ready for submission. Unlimited rounds of feedback and edits included. 10. Activities & Interests and Awards & Honors: We'll working together to select the right extracurriculars, awards, and honors. Those will be polished together. 11. Final Review: I'll review and perform final edits on all your application materials, ensuring everything works together and is in tip-top shape before submission. This includes your past work experience, supplemental essays, etc. 12. Supplemental support strategy: If possible, we'll also develop a networking and supplemental letter of support strategy to ensure you have the best chance of success. 13. Interview Preparation: When you receive interview invites, I'll share my insider tips (including the questions I and others have been asked) and we'll run as many mocks as necessary for you to feel confident. Throughout our partnership, I'll be checking in regularly, sharing honest/constructive feedback freely, and ensuring you are on the right track. These processes are incredibly competitive, but we'll do everything in our power to put you in a position where you can get that coveted acceptance. Note: I only take on 2-3 deferred clients every application season so I can ensure you are supported in the best way.
