About Johanna

I have been an executive and life coach for 20 years. Over the years, I've helped thousands of people all over the world define and reach their goals. I strongly believe that the so-called soft skills like emotional intelligence, communication, and conflict navigation are key to helping leaders be and do better. Instead of coaching from the perspective of doing (task oriented), I coach from the perspective of Being. Who are you being in the world, in your role, and how is that impacting the results you get? I specialize in helping successful womxn feel as confident on the inside as they appear on the outside.

Why do I coach?

Before I became a coach I worked for several leaders in Fortune 500 companies who were excellent at their jobs but terrible at managing their people. I recognized that none of them woke up in the morning plotting to make their employees lives miserable... they simply didn't have the skills they needed to be better people managers. When I decided to become a coach, it was with the lens of wanting to help leaders be better humans so they could be better leaders.
