Senior Operations Manager, Strategic Initiatives

Responsible for fulfillment network strategy development and risk planning, merging inventory, transportation, clinical and operations strategies into a unified operational approach. Leveraged process engineering to prioritize risk factors and developed capital strategy to optimize network redundancy and reduce risk.
