Public speaking preparation, delivery, and confidence
I speak regularly at both academic and professional conferences, on topics ranging from ESG strategy to leadership to imposter syndrome, including a talk at a women's conference on overcoming it. In my day job, I represent companies at global industry forums and present board-level reporting to executive leadership, which means I've had to make complex, technical material land with audiences who have very different levels of context and little patience for jargon. Most of what I coach on isn't theory. It's what I've had to figure out the hard way: how to prepare so nerves don't run the room, how to read whether a room is with you or losing you, and how to say something that matters without hiding behind slides or jargon.
