Description

This package is for professionals in demanding, high-pressure careers who want practical support for burnout, stress, and sustainable wellbeing at work. It draws on my Mental Health First Aid certification along with my own experience navigating mental health challenges while holding demanding leadership roles. Together we will: Identify your specific stress and burnout patterns. We'll look at how burnout actually shows up for you, whether that's in your energy, focus, relationships at work, or physical health, so we're solving the right problem rather than a generic one. Build practical coping strategies. We'll develop tools you can realistically use during a packed workday, not idealized routines that assume you have unlimited time and energy. Navigate difficult workplace conversations. This includes how to talk to a manager about workload or mental health needs, how to set boundaries without derailing your career, and how to support a struggling colleague or direct report. Create a sustainable pace, not just a crisis fix. We'll focus on building habits and boundaries that hold up over the long term, not just getting you through the next deadline. Ongoing check-ins between sessions. You can reach out with questions or when a specific situation comes up that you want to think through in real time. Important note: this package is coaching and peer support, not therapy or clinical treatment. If at any point it becomes clear that clinical care would serve you better, I'll say so directly and help you think through next steps.

Practical support for workplace stress, burnout, and mental wellness

I hold a Mental Health First Aid certification, which gives me a practical framework for recognizing when someone is struggling and how to respond in a way that's supportive rather than performative. But most of what I bring to this isn't from a textbook. I've lived with [condition/experience] myself, both personally and while holding down demanding leadership roles, and I know firsthand what it costs to push through in silence versus what it takes to actually ask for support. I don't coach from a place of "I fixed it and now I'll fix you." I coach from a place of still managing it, still learning, and knowing that the leaders who talk about it openly are usually the ones who make it safer for everyone else on their team to do the same.
