*** Top-15 Leland coach in 2021 *** I graduated in the Wharton MBA Class of 2023 and am here to help any applicants, especially those who come from a STEM and/or consulting background. While the majority of my clients are MBA applicants, I also assist individuals looking to join management consulting firms, venture capital firms, and undergraduate programs. Before leaving to join a top electric power company in Summer 2025, I worked at McKinsey & Company for a total of five years: three before Wharton and two after (during which time I paused my Leland coaching). The bulk of my McKinsey experience was in the energy industry, where I advised electric power, oil & gas, utility, and private equity clients on topics ranging from energy transition strategy to operational transformations. I've done a significant amount of mentoring since entering college, primarily helping students and young professionals from STEM backgrounds break into the world of business. As a chemical engineering graduate myself, I've witnessed the value that STEM graduates bring into management consulting and the general business world. During my MBA application process, I needed to highlight why my STEM degree, consulting work, and international volunteer experience would be assets to my future academic community. I'm excited to work with any and all candidates, although I'll be uniquely suited to help those who come from a STEM background and/or have worked in management consulting. As a coach, I'm adept at crafting compelling narratives for admissions committees and can also help with all the other aspects of your MBA application. Lastly, I interviewed with all four MBA programs to which I applied (Wharton, HBS, Booth, and MIT Sloan) and can discuss my experience with those specific schools.
