About Jenny

Hi! I'm Jenny! I am passionate about user driven products, and love being in environments where I am surrounded by people who are just as passionate as I am in building meaningful products that will positively impact its users. I have over 7 years of experience in product management, building LLM and agentic experiences, platforms, UX strategy, and full stack development. I'm currently a Product Manager at Microsoft working on Copilot for Microsoft Word to build agentic experiences, where I work deeply with user research, design, engineering, applied science, and internal partners on how Word can empower work and collaboration from anywhere. I love working cross team and cross discipline to align on hard problems and build trust, and have worked extensively across design, user research, and engineering to drive clarity and define the strategy of large, ambiguous areas while ensuring that all voices are heard. My goals as a coach and mentor are to support and empower you on your career journey, whether that is providing actionable feedback, creating clarity, growing a particular set of skills, and more. My role is to listen with intention, ask questions, anchor to your goals, and empower you to actualize that you are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. Outside of work I love spending my time teaching my dog Cosmodious Thunder new tricks, hiking, camping, knitting, and judging hackathons. Ask me about: building agentic experiences, dog training and behavior, knitting, building accessible products, and learning how to fail. You can learn more about me at jenny-ye.com
