Dubin Breast Center: Breast Health Resource Program • Social worker specialized in the young women’s population on a multidisciplinary team working with breast cancer patients • Provide psychosocial assessment and comprehensive clinical services for patients of all ages surrounding women’s health, impact of chronic illness on quality of life concerns, sexuality and intimacy, body image, fertility and relationships from diagnosis through survivorship • Developed Young Women’s Network addressing the unique needs of young adult breast cancer population through in person and online support groups, mentor program, educational workshops, onco fertility focused advocacy, resource newsletter and community building
