Description
Most job searches don't fail because of one big problem. They fail because of one or two small ones, and nobody ever points them out. Maybe it's a resume that buries the achievements that actually matter. Maybe it's a networking approach that gets you conversations but never referrals. Maybe it's how you're answering the first interview question. Whatever it is, it's usually fixable, and it's usually invisible to you because you're the one doing it. That's what the Job Search Diagnosis is for. In this 30-minute, one-on-one live session, you'll walk a coach through your entire job search so far: what you've applied to, how you've been networking, what your interviews have looked like, where things have stalled. The coach isn't there to give you generic advice. They're there to find the specific one or two things that are quietly working against you and tell you exactly what they are. You'll leave the session knowing precisely what's been holding your search back, why it's been happening, and what to do differently starting now.

I've reinvented my career more times than I can count, and every single pivot meant entering both a new function and a new market. I started in marketing in Taiwan, moved into chief of staff and e-commerce operations, then joined Google, first in product operations in Hong Kong covering APAC, then in sales for China. Later, I transitioned into product management with no technical background, eventually becoming a Senior Technical PM at Amazon in New York. Along the way, I co-founded a consulting firm, published two books, and recently left corporate to launch my own startup. No transition came with a clear roadmap. I know what it feels like to be stuck, uncertain, and wondering "what's next?" I hold an MBA from Wharton, a Master's in Education from Penn, and am a professionally trained Co-Active coach.
