Hey, I'm Jenna! I graduated from Stanford GSB (MBA) and Harvard Kennedy School (MPA). I studied for 1.5 years at each school and graduated with both degrees in 3 years. I have nearly a decade of experience working with university admissions committees and coaching applicants through the admissions process. I specialize in using authentic storytelling in essays and interviews to make your strengths stand out to the admissions committee in a way that is irresistible. I ask you the right questions to uncover your values and goals so that we can show the admissions committee why you would be a great fit. I rely on my expertise in strategy and marketing (Google, Adobe, ex-consulting) and my background as a leadership and executive coach. I also rely on what I've learned from: - 9+ years as an admissions interviewer at Claremont McKenna College - 5+ years as a coach for undergraduate and MBA applicants - 3 years as an Admissions Ambassador at Harvard Kennedy School and Stanford Business School My goal is to help you feel confident and prepared at every step of the application process and ultimately get in to your dream school!

About Jenna
I'm originally from Vancouver, Canada but I've been fortunate to live in a lot of different places. Some of my favorites have been LA, Boston, Mexico City, Medellin, and Nairobi. I've worked across consulting, tech, venture capital, nonprofits, and government. Currently, I work at Google and run my own executive and leadership coaching company, Peak Mindset. I also have a podcast on Spotify & Apple Podcasts where I explore topics related to mental health and wellness. In my free time, I dance on a performance salsa team in San Francisco.
Why do I coach?
I'm very passionate about admissions because I'm a part of the first generation of my family to go to college and my family broke the cycle of poverty by investing in higher education. I've been fortunate to receive guidance from several role models, mentors, and coaches, and now I'm incredibly excited to pay it forward. There's nothing that makes me more excited than learning that someone I've helped has been admitted to their dream school!
