The Leadership Reset Sprint is a focused coaching package for technical leaders who are getting results, but can feel the cost rising. This is for strong operators who are stepping into heavier leadership weight and realizing that the habits that made them valuable may not be enough for the next level. You may be overexplaining, second-guessing, rescuing, carrying too much in your head, dealing with stakeholder tension, or trying to stay useful in ways that make leadership harder than it needs to be. Across this sprint, we work on the real leadership behaviors that show up under pressure: clearer communication, cleaner decisions, stronger self-trust, better boundaries, and less leadership drag. The goal is to help you build more calm authority, so you can lead without brute-forcing everything. This is not generic career coaching. It is practical leadership coaching for technical professionals who need a cleaner way to operate in the role they are actually in now.

My coaching style is direct, diagnostic, and practical. We will not just talk about leadership in theory. We will look at the actual situations you are dealing with, slow them down, identify the pattern underneath them, and decide what needs to shift. You should expect honest questions, clear reflection, and practical next steps. I bring both coaching depth and real operator experience from technical environments, so the work stays grounded in what leadership actually feels like when the pressure is real. The goal is simple: communicate clearer, decide cleaner, and lead with less friction.
This package includes four 60-minute live coaching sessions. Sessions should be used within 8 weeks of purchase unless we agree otherwise. Please complete the intake questions before the first session so we can use the time well. Reschedules should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible. This package is coaching, not therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or HR representation.
