I'll start our collaboration by getting your resume and having you answer a few quick questions. Then, through our initial consultation call, I aim to learn more about your background, goals, and the roles you're hoping to land. After the call, I will send you a draft resume where I have you answer questions about your experience in-depth so I can determine what is the best way to showcase your experience towards your goals. We'll keep working back and forth until we get to a work product that you feel comfortable with or 2 weeks when the first draft is sent, whichever comes first. After the editing process, I'm happy to have an optional short follow-up call to tie up loose ends and help you learn how you can edit your resume going forward as your career evolves.
A 30-min intro consultation call to learn about your background and goals
A initial resume draft with comments and questions for you to answer about your experience
A final resume that encompasses your experience in the best possible light
An optional 15-min final consultation to answer any last questions and tie up loose ends

I like to position myself as a coach where I want to use your narrative and writing style to create a resume that positions your experience in the best way possible but still uses your voice. I fully believe that I'm not a dictator in the process, but rather I use your inputs to create a coherent product that delivers a narrative on your career.

Career Consulting & Coaching in Strategy & Ops with 570 past clients
I’ve had an nontraditional career path to get to where I am today (government > consulting > big tech), and I want to help others do the same. I coach under my friend’s career consulting company, and I personally make sure I interview on a regular basis to help my clients the best way that I can. Some of my highlights below: ** I’ve helped 570+ people in the past 4 years, from college students to Fortune 500 directors ** In the past 5 years, I’ve had 654 interviews, with 91 final rounds & 23 offers across hundreds of companies ** I’ve pivoted my career, bounced back after taking time off, and maintained steady employment in a terrible job market I can tailor my client's needs into a personalized prep strategy based on their needs, experience, and goals. Don't hesitate to reach out for an exploratory conversation!
