Over the past two years, I’ve been building and implementing AI systems designed to improve operational efficiency across coaching, education consulting, and small-team service businesses. My work focuses on practical applications of AI in areas like talent operations, customer success workflows, knowledge management, and productizing expertise. This includes designing AI-assisted coaching systems, building custom knowledge bases and “AI doubles,” automating high-volume communication workflows, and helping teams integrate AI tools in ways that increase scale without sacrificing quality or authenticity. Before working directly in AI strategy, I spent over a decade as a mentor and advisor helping high-performing students and professionals navigate complex decision-making and career pathways. That background shapes how I approach AI transformation today: not as a purely technical exercise, but as a strategic one that sits at the intersection of people, systems, and judgment.
