I am an experienced leader, coach, and strategist in talent and organizational development, demonstrating success in developing programs and methods to effectively build strong and capable talent. For more than 18 years, I have consulted with organizations across a wide variety of industries and led high-performing teams to craft their talent development systems and develop their leadership practices. I have built and led talent development functions that design and implement programs which have a significant impact on business results and strengthen capabilities of individuals across the enterprise. Immediately prior to launching my coaching practice, I dedicated more than 8 years to growing a talent & organizational development function from the ground up that served an enterprise population of ~30,000.
