I’m a Metrology Supervisor in the pharmaceutical industry, currently supporting large-scale manufacturing operations at Novo Nordisk in North Carolina. My career spans over 15 years of service in the United States Marine Corps, where I built a strong foundation in leadership, operational discipline, and technical problem-solving before transitioning into highly regulated industries. Since leaving the military, I’ve successfully navigated career pivots into pharmaceuticals and supported initiatives connected to aerospace and advanced manufacturing environments. Along the way, I’ve worked across metrology, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making, including contributing to the development of a generative AI center of excellence during my time supporting Amgen.
