About Ishi
Hi there! I'm Ishi. I studied Chemical Engineering + Finance at UT Austin, worked at Boston Consulting Group for a few years, and am now pursuing my MBA at Wharton. Before all this, I grew up equal parts in the US and India (fun fact - I was in 3 different high schools in 10th grade) and really appreciate the diversity in worldviews that my hybrid upbringing garnered.
Why do I coach?
I coach because 1) I absolutely love getting to know new people, and 2) I truly learned some incredible things in consulting that I think can change one's perspective on how you see the world - largely because of some incredible mentors I had - and I would love to pay it forward. Can't wait to meet you, and hopefully share something useful in the process!

As the primary student representative, I led the redesign of UT Austin’s internal admissions process for students changing or adding majors (about ~67% of UT's 40,000 undergrad students). I consolidated more than 170 separate application systems into one unified digital platform. Working closely with university admissions and administration, I guided every stage from policy reform to implementation, building deep familiarity with the procedural and technical challenges of student transitions. The new system has been in place at UT Austin since Fall 2021.
