About Isabella
I am a J.D. candidate at Stanford Law School, where I am a member editor for the Stanford Law Review, the co-head of one of Stanford Law School’s pro bono projects, and a recipient of the Franke Fellowship in global business law. Prior to law school, I worked as a Press Assistant and Staff Assistant for Representative Brad Schneider (IL-10). I graduated from Brown University in 2023, where I was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and graduated with the university’s highest honors in international relations. I wrote my honors thesis on the effect of counterterrorism aid on the quality of democracy in Colombia, and I am especially interested in the intersection of law and democracy studies. I am originally from Dallas, Texas, and in my free time, I love to explore California, read, and hang out with family!
Why do I coach?
I coach because I know what it’s like to navigate big goals without a clear roadmap. Moving from Texas to Brown to DC and then to Stanford Law, I often found myself in spaces that felt unfamiliar. What made the difference were the mentors who took the time to listen, guide, and remind me that I belonged. I’m passionate about helping people find clarity during times of transition—whether it’s applying to competitive programs, choosing a career path, or simply figuring out what comes next. I believe in the power of thoughtful, one-on-one support, and I want to offer others what my best mentors offered me: confidence, direction, and someone genuinely invested in their success. Coaching matters because talent alone isn’t enough; people thrive when they have someone who can bring clarity, structure, and perspective to difficult decisions. My goal is to be that presence for others.
